Very talented and professional staff. Marc is a true artist when it comes to coloring and I have never been disappointed! Will not trust anyone with my hair other than him. Raph is the best in hair cutting and styling. Together, they make the best duo!!

My wife didn't really have a big sister to give her advice on looking after her hair while growing up and had to learn a lot herself. She had a friend for years that she would only trust with her hair, so she had been nervous about going to a new hairdresser. We had Allison help us and provide advice. I can't speak more highly at how personable and professional she was. She was so helpful in providing thoughtful advice for how we can maintain my wife's hair and providing recommendations on what we can do with it. It was amazing to see the relationship they instantly struck up, and I have to admit, I got a bit emotional seeing my wife smile and feel listened to. Allison was so attentive and worked so hard all while answering our questions and talking about life. My wife was so thrilled with her haircut, and I can't wait for her to come back to Allison. It was gorgeous. Allison is an absolute asset to Fiorio, and we will definitely be coming back. We can't recommend her enough. Special shout out to the rest of the lovely and funny staff there and the receptionists. We really felt welcomed and looked after!

An exceptional experience every time. The entire staff is so welcoming. Stephen, my colorist, knows exactly what looks good on me, and Chrisy and Philippe are precious stylists. Just the best!!

After trying lots of saloons, finally I found a nice place for my hair. You don’t need to be worried about your hair here because they won’t be damaged after colouring, the materials they use are great. Also, the their professionals are honest and they care about you. I was with Emily and I can’t say how great she is. Happy to find this place.

Service: Top notch service from all the staff at this location. From the receptionists to the hairstylists it’s been all a very positive experience. Recently, I was so busy helping my girlfriend prepare for her engagement party, I forgot to book a hair appointment. They managed to squeeze me in last minute. I am so appreciative for what they’ve done for me. All the hairstylists I’ve dealt with are professional, compassionate, considerate and kind. Definitely would recommend them!

Amazing experience with Daniel. This was my second time having my hair cut by him. This time I came in unsatisfied with a cut I had done at another place, and he really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for, and absolutely nailed it. He has a very clear understanding of how hair will naturally fall and what will flatter your proportions. He's also super enjoyable to converse with. This is definitely a higher-end spot in the city but honestly, the price was worth it to walk out feeling so confident and I will definitely be back. Lovely staff and calm environment.

I just came back from getting a haircut from Phillipe (sorry if that isn't the correct spelling!) and I am SO happy. He was so kind, empathetic and listened and helped with all my concerns. It has been one of the best haircut experiences I've had, especially for someone who has a lot of anxiety around their hair. He made me feel very comfortable and cut my hair exactly as I wanted - he is super talented. Also wanted to mention the girls at the counter are SO sweet, friendly and patient and the other staff I've encountered have all been super nice and knowledgeable. Overall had a great experience. <3
